I ate a "Whopper" at a Burger King in Duchesne, Utah, and it tasted very similar to the burger sold at Carl's Jr. Are they owned by the same owner?

@stuff Carls Jr and BK aren't owned by the same company, but both of them do that same sort of flame grilling on their burgers. I don't know about this particular franchisee, but usually the franchises have to buy the food from the parent company, rather than procuring it themselves. (Carls Jr parent company also owns Hardees, Red Burrito, and Green Burrito. BK's parent company owns Firehouse Subs, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes.)
