(Futuristic technology ends up on a more primitive planet, builds up its tech base until it can challenge the big bad aliens that are sweeping the galaxy to exterminate all life other than themselves.)
@kazriko The initial chapters of Galactic Navy Officer were very good. But with the way it's going, I'm afraid that at 55 I will not live long enough to see the end of the story.
@anime Yeah, I kind of got a glimpse of that with the end of chapter notes. Hopefully it brings in enough money with getting official english translations that it gives them a reason to keep at it, but probably not.
@anime Though I can see that the original web novel has stopped updating, and the Manga is already 75%+ through the original story.

@anime I'm more interested now in One Peace books. They've brought over 2 series I really like (Soudouki and Galactic Officer,) and 1 that I somewhat like (Farming life in another world,) out of all the ones I've heard about. I should look at their catalog and see if there's any others to buy.
