Finally got around to hooking one of my cheap solar panels up to the #bluetti today. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough to do any charging.
It’s a 10w 12v-ish panel and yeah it was t super-sunny but I was a little disappointed that it could barely muster more than brief flashes of the solar input indicator.
I did see ~19v going in and for a few minutes 2w, but no charging that I could observe.
Guess I’ll need something bigger.

@kazriko Yeah, the input for mine says 12-28v but I'm guessing there's some minimum number of amps the charge controller needs to see before it switches on. I think I got close but between this little panel and my location/weather it just wasn't quite enough.
I might experiment with adding another panel or two in parallel (I have a few kicking-around) but I'll probably end up picking up something with a few more watts and see how that goes.
@requiem I like the rigid Renogy panels I bought. That said, don’t I have my garage solar installed yet.
@mathiasx Got a link to those panels? I'd like to check them out 😁
@requiem I have two of these. Check for coupons online before ordering. https://www.renogy.com/100-watt-12-volt-monocrystalline-solar-panel-compact-design/
@mathiasx oh cool, and not too pricey either.
