Instead of my daughter's name, I'll get this sentence from the HTML spec tattooed on my forearm:
“Authors are strongly encouraged to view the div element as an element of last resort, for when no other element is suitable. Use of more appropriate elements instead of the div element leads to better accessibility for readers and easier maintainability for authors.”
@matuzo Which era of the HTML spec? Back before CSS, that certainly was the standard practice, I think CSS taking over made everyone shift to divs, divs everywhere...
