Seems like almost every morning I wake-up with some new crazy idea. Today it’s an RFC for a protocol called “Standard Internet Message” or “Internet Standard Message”, a single universal way for sending messages across the Internet.
You could say that it’s basically email but not appropriated by Google and resistant to that sort of appropriation. It’s also much simpler and doesn’t rely on other systems for authority (the way email depends on DNS, etc.)
I still have a few problems to solve but it’s coming along.
