@zaitcev Those places are all pretty far apart, though Kisarazu, Chiba is pretty close to Tokyo.
@zaitcev (One thing I noticed while looking through Japan is that Chiba seemed to have a TON of golf courses.)

@kazriko The infamous Kurds were settled in Saitama, which is pretty central too.
One funny thing is how pointless all that is. As my Finnish friend said: "I'm not kidding, asylum seekers as soon as they gained freedom of movement immediately left for Helsinki from wherever they'd been placed until that point".
@zaitcev Yeah, you would pretty much need to attach a job guarantee and some sort of restrictions about keeping it for a certain amount of time if you wanted to keep them there. Though, the wisdom of creating enclaves of one group in a specific place never seemed like a good idea to me, like the Somali enclave of Minneapolis or that whole Transnistria thing.
