I'm worried about search. Especially in education.
Google is the only search engine we're approved to use at school.
So if it's no longer a search engine, then we just can't search? We have to prompt AI? Buy an encyclopedia set? Idk man
@cubeofcheese As an aside, my parents sent me to school in 1st grade with an encyclopaedia volume that contained an entry on Skylab after I came home upset that the teacher said there was no such thing as a space station. Reference books are rad.
@cubeofcheese A bigger question would be, why is it the only one you're approved to use? I can think of a few equally reputable ones.

I don’t know. My best guess is it’s the only company that has a student privacy agreement with the school district.
